Welcome to Render Weekly

Render Weekly is a creative community built on respect, collaboration, and artistic growth. These guidelines help ensure our platform remains a positive and inspiring space for all members.

Core Principles

1. Be Respectful

Treat all community members with kindness and respect. We welcome artists of all skill levels and backgrounds. Constructive feedback is encouraged, but harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Share Original Work

Only submit work that you created yourself. While you retain full ownership of your submissions, you grant Render Weekly permission to use your work in our digital and physical publications, as well as marketing materials. Do not submit work that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

3. Keep Content Appropriate

All submissions must be safe for work (SFW). Content that is excessively violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate will be removed. If you're unsure whether your work meets these standards, please contact our moderation team before submitting.

4. Protect Confidential Information

Do not upload any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information. This includes client work under NDA, unreleased products, or any content you do not have permission to share publicly. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any confidentiality agreements.

5. Follow Prompt Guidelines

When submitting to weekly prompts, please ensure your work aligns with the theme and requirements. Creative interpretation is encouraged, but submissions should demonstrate a clear connection to the prompt.

Moderation

Render Weekly is a moderated platform. Our team reviews submissions to ensure they meet our community standards. We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
• Feature exceptional work in our publications and social media
• Modify these guidelines as needed to maintain a healthy community

Your Rights and Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of all designs and images you upload. By submitting to Render Weekly, you:

• Grant us permission to use your work in digital and physical publications
• Allow us to feature your work in marketing materials and social media
• Acknowledge that Render Weekly is not responsible for uploaded content
• Agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
